STACKZ RESIDENCE

Seated on an undulating land profile at a slightly remote location in Kuching, originally was designed with 10 units semi-detached houses and 18 units terrace linked houses. The proposal was relooked to optimise the density allowed and the developer’s profit margin. 

STACKZ RESIDENCES is a collective assemblage of a staggering + alternating stacked apartment typologies, utilises a similar facade treatment but in various materials, reversing its colour palette for subtle differentiation and sense of identity.
