A major renovation to an existing 2 1/2 storey corner terrace house at Kota Damansara, PJ. Besides expanding and maximising the living areas, the project also involves a contemporary facelift to the building facade.

The wall along west elevation is thickened for better thermal insulation as well as simplifying the “very-busy” facade element of the original design. A combination of wood-like fibre cement board and textured paint finish to the new facade design, creating a warm and homely new appearance. Bay and deep recessed windows contribute to an optimal penetration of the surrounding area.
