THE RIVERVILLE

Seated at the very strategic spot along the Malacca River, with the river cruise stop in front of it, the development is intended to create a synergy that will benefit both parties. D’ Riverville comes with commercial elements e.g. Service Apartments on top and retails at the podium, hoping to bring life and soul into this side of the river. 

The tower composes protruding geometries extended from the concrete floor slabs creating spatially dynamic elevations. This configuration produces cantilevered interior spaces as well as outdoor balconies for each of the dwellings. The green pocket spaces are integrated into commercial interior to break up the deep large area and to provide an elegant solution that is both attractive and functional.
