Situated on over 30-acre land at Banting, Selangor, consists of a block of R&D Office and 3 identical factory complexes. 

The proposal aims to break away from Top Glove's conventional design approach. The interlocking manner of R&D Block forms obvious hierarchy of spatial arrangement. The use of corrugated metal deck provides an attractive modern industrial feel to the building envelope.
