LAMAN TAHZA

Located at Janda Baik, a peaceful village surrounded with untouchable natural tropical rain forest at altitude of 400-600m above sea level, cool breezing topical climate of 21 °C to 28 °C. The 2-storey villa to be seated on a sloped ground, upstairs intended for own use and downstairs for guest use.   

The proposal was done in two options. The first option focusing on high volume and glazing as main elements used to allow natural light admission. Whereas the second option focusing on two stacking rectangular boxes creating an intimate rooftop family space. In short, both options evokes openness and beautiful forest view sensation that typifies that of a resort villa should always be.
