Situated on a 30-acre land at Tanjung Kidurong with a built-up of 550,000sf approximately, the proposal aims to facilitate the core business of the Corporation. 

This development consists of a 4-storey Corporate office, a MRO Service Centre, a Steel Fabrication Yard and a Storage Warehouse with opened container yard. Seemingly random arrangement of light grey and red/blue/green corrugated metal panels forms an interesting pixilated fragment at both ends of the factory building.
